Perfect for a family movie night in front of the telly, this koaded hot dogs with mango avocado salsa makes a good old hot dog a flavour sensation.

  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely grated lime rind
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Coles Finest Australian Angus Beef Original Sausages
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Combine the avocado, mango, onion, chilli, lime rind and juice in a small bowl. Season.
  2. Step 2

    Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for 8-10 mins or until golden and cooked. Transfer the sausages to a plate.
  3. Step 3

    Use a serrated knife to split the bread rolls lengthways, being careful not to cut all the way through. Fill the rolls with sausages and top with the mango avocado salsa. Sprinkle with coriander and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce to serve.
