  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

    Place cumin, turmeric, fennel seeds, chilli, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom and cloves in a food processor.
