Ingredients

  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 MasterFoods Tuscan meatballs recipe base 400g
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (35 g)
  • 1 can no added salt diced tomatoes
  • 250g dry Pasta

Method

  1. Step 1

    To make meatballs, in a bowl combine mince, egg and breadcrumbs. Make balls using a tablespoon of meat.

  2. Step 2

    Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned, turning often.

  3. Step 3

    Add Recipe Base and canned tomatoes, stir through.

  4. Step 4

    Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until the sauce is heated through.

  5. Step 5
