  • 500g honeydew melon or watermelon, seeded, peeled, chopped
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) lime juice
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) apple juice
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • Crushed ice, to serve
  • Honeydew melon or watermelon balls, to serve
  • Mint sprigs, to serve

    Combine the chopped melon, ice cubes, lime rind, lime juice, apple juice and mint leaves in a blender and blend until smooth.
