  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen Mexican Style Salad Kit
  • 4 Coles Greek Style Gyros Wraps
  • 1 Coles RSPCA Approved Mexican Hot Roast Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat sliced
  • 125g Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup coriander leaves

Method

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions, reserving the dressing.
  2. Step 2

    Heat a medium frying pan over high heat. Cook the wraps for 1 min each side or until heated through.
  3. Step 3

    Divide the wraps among serving plates. Top with the salad, tomato, chicken and coriander. Drizzle with the reserved dressing. Roll up to enclose the filling.
