With a hint of grapefruit, this whiskey cocktail recipe is quick to make and one of our favourites. Bookmark this one for the festive season.

Millie Tang's neither here nor there cocktail


  • 30ml scotch whiskey
  • 20ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml orgeat or Amaretto liqueur
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 60ml chilled sparkling rosé
  • Grapefruit rind, to decorate

  1. Step 1

    Combine the whiskey, grapefruit juice, orgeat or liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes and shake for 30 secs or until chilled.

  2. Step 2

    Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a chilled serving glass. Top with rosé and decorate with grapefruit rind to serve.
