Mini margarita pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 Coles Kitchen Plain Pizza Bases
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100g mixed Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 100g cherry bocconcini, coarsely torn
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 230°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use an 8cm round cutter to cut 8 discs from the pizza bases. Place on the lined tray. Spread discs evenly with the pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Top with the tomato and bocconcini. Season.

  2. Step 2

    Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden and cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle pizzas with basil and serve immediately.
