  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • ¼ cup (55g) brown sugar
  • 180g pkt Coles Belgian Chocolate Mini Puddings or Salted Caramel Mini Puddings
  • Whipped cream, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Add instant coffee, sugar and 1/3 cup (80ml) water to a small saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until sugar dissolves and syrup thickens. Set aside to cool.

  2. Step 2

    Heat the puddings following packet directions. Top with cream and coffee syrup.
