2 x 150g pkts Coles Tart Shells
Nestlé Top ’n’ Fill Caramel, to serve
75g milk chocolate, finely chopped
50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
100ml thickened cream
Sea salt flakes, to serve

Step 1
Place the tart shells on a serving platter. Spoon in the caramel.
Step 2
Place the combined chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place the cream in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over high heat. Pour over the chocolate in the bowl. Stir until the chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate mixture over the caramel. Set aside for 5 mins to set. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes to serve.
