Five mixed berry and yoghurt granola breakfast pops

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups (655g) vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup (45g) toasted muesli or granola

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine the yoghurt, honey and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the berries and stir to combine. Spoon mixture among ten ⅓-cup (80ml) iceblock moulds.
  2. Step 2

    Spoon the muesli or granola over yoghurt mixture in the moulds and gently push down with the back of a spoon. Insert iceblock sticks. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight until firm.
