Mixed citrus salad


  • 3 oranges, zested, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 mandarins, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1 Ruby Red grapefruit, peeled, sliced
  • 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbs mint leaves
  • 1 tbs pomegranate seeds
