Ingredients

  • 200g pkt pad Thai rice noodles
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 215g pkt Coles Australian Lamb Quick Cook Steaks, thinly sliced
  • 500g Coles Australian Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 120g Lee Kum Kee Mongolian Lamb Sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook noodles in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins until tender. Drain well.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the lamb, in 2 batches, and stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until browned all over. Transfer to a bowl. Repeat with remaining lamb.

  3. Step 3

    Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3 mins or until heated through. Return lamb to the wok with sauce and ⅓ cup (80ml) water and stir-fry for 3 mins or until heated through.

  4. Step 4

    Add the noodles and toss to combine. Serve.
