Loaded with veggies, these monster mash pizzas are a deliciously spooky snack. Use naan or pita bread for a quick and easy base.

Monster mash veggie pizzas


  • 2 ripe avocados, stoned, peeled, chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt-reduced taco seasoning
  • 6 mini naan breads or small wholemeal pita breads
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 continental cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 Coles Australian Qukes Baby Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • Icing eyes, to decorate

  1. Step 1

    Use a fork to mash the avocado in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the lime juice and taco seasoning. Spread evenly over the naan or pita breads.

    Top pizzas with combined cucumber. Arrange capsicum and tomato over the pizzas to make monster faces. Decorate with icing eyes and serve immediately.
