  • 40ml gin
  • 40ml sweet vermouth
  • 40ml Campari
  • Large ice cubes, to serve
  • Orange peel, to serve

    Combine the gin, vermouth and Campari in a jug. Divide ice cubes between serving glasses. Top with orange peel. Pour mixture between serving glasses. Serve immediately.

To make a spritz, swap vermouth for sparkling wine and top up with soda water.
