Ingredients

  • 290g pkt Nestle Bakers’ Choice White Chocolate Melts, melted
  • 250g pkt Coles Mini Jam Sponge Rolls or Coles Mini Choc Sponge Rolls (6 pack)
  • Dollar Sweets Sweetheart or Dollar Sweets Silver Luxe Sprinkles, to decorate
  • Queen Midnight Magic Sprinkles, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the melted chocolate in a bowl. Dip 1 end of an iceblock stick into the melted chocolate, then insert halfway into 1 sponge roll. Repeat with more iceblock sticks and the remaining rolls, reheating the chocolate if necessary to ensure a runny consistency.
  2. Step 2

    Working in batches, hold cake pops over the bowl of melted chocolate. Spoon chocolate over the cake pops, turning to coat and allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Transfer to a large lined baking tray.
  3. Step 3

    Decorate cake pops with sprinkles. Set aside to set.
