  • 1 cup (30g) Coles Mighty Grain Cereal
  • 1 cup (180g) salted mixed nuts
  • 1 cup (40g) mini pretzels
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup Coles Black Sesame Crackers (in the pick-and-mix section)
  • 1 cup Coles Soy Crisps (in the pick-and-mix section)

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Step 2

    Combine the cereal, nuts and pretzels in a bowl. Add garlic salt and spices and toss to combine. Spray with oil and toss again.

  3. Step 3

    Spread over the lined tray. Bake for 10 mins, stirring halfway through, or until hot and crisp. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in sesame crackers and soy crisps. Set aside to cool completely. Serve once cool, or store in an airtight jar.
