Ombré berry bomb

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (150g) frozen blackberries
  • ½ cup (45g) rolled oats
  • 2 frozen bananas, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (280g) vanilla yoghurt
  • ½ cup (125ml) milk
  • ½ cup (150g) frozen raspberries

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the blackberries and 2 tbs water in a food processor and process until smooth. Pour half the blackberry mixture evenly between serving glasses.
  2. Step 2

    Place the oats, banana, yoghurt and milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour two-thirds of the banana mixture into a bowl and reserve.
  3. Step 3

    Add the remaining blackberry mixture to the remaining banana mixture in the blender and blend to combine. Divide evenly between the glasses.
  4. Step 4

    Place half the reserved banana mixture in a blender with the raspberries. Blend until smooth. Divide evenly between the glasses. Top with the remaining reserved banana mixture to serve.
