This easy One-pan bolognaise requires only 5 ingredients and 20 minutes of your time. Loaded with fresh basil and bocconcini, it's a delicious dinner you'll make over and over.

One-pan bolognaise


  • 500g Coles Australian No Added Hormones 3 Star Beef Mince
  • 500g jar Coles Mum’s Sause Bolognese
  • 500g pkt Coles Rigatoni Pasta
  • 220g tub Coles Cherry Bocconcini, drained, torn
  • ½ cup baby basil leaves

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large deep frying pan or saucepan over high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour.
  2. Step 2

    Stir in the pasta sauce, pasta and 4 cups (1L) water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 10-15 mins or until the pasta is al dente and the sauce thickens.
  3. Step 3

    Stir in half the bocconcini. Sprinkle with remaining bocconcini and basil leaves. Season with pepper to serve.
