Ingredients

  • 550g Coles Pork Chipolatas
  • 420g can Coles Cannellini Beans, rinsed, drained
  • 400g can Coles Simply Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 cup (120g) frozen peas & corn
  • 3/4 cup (80g) frozen beans
  • 1 Coles Bakery French Stick, thickly sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a large deep non-stick frying pan over high heat. Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, for 8 mins or until brown all over.

  2. Step 2

    Add the cannellini beans, tomato, peas, beans and ¼ cup (60ml) water and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins or until mixture is heated through and thickened slightly and sausages are cooked through.

  3. Step 3

    Serve sausage mixture with bread.
