These Oreo lamb lollipops are super easy for the little ones to make! Sweet, crunchy and fun to decorate, they're the ultimate Easter treat.

  • Mini white marshmallows, to decorate
  • 133g pkt Oreo Original biscuits
  • 225g pkt white chocolate melts, melted
  • Black ready-to-roll icing, to decorate
  • White modelling paste, to decorate
  • Icing sugar, to dust

  1. Step 1

    Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Use a small knife to chop marshmallows in half. Dip biscuits in chocolate, then place on the lined tray. Arrange marshmallow over the tops and sides of the biscuits. Set aside to set.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, roll out the icing and modelling paste on a clean work surface dusted with icing sugar until 2mm thick. Use small round pastry cutters to cut out faces and ears.
  3. Step 3

    Use a little more chocolate to attach icing and modelling paste to marshmallow. Attach eyeball decorations and sprinkles to make lamb faces. Set aside to set.
  4. Step 4

    Turn the biscuits over and attach a straw using a little more chocolate. Set aside to set.
