  • 1 cup (140g) frozen diced mango
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 cups (500ml) chilled sparkling mineral water
  • Mint leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the mango and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a jug with passionfruit pulp. Stir to combine.
  2. Step 2
