Peach iced tea drink with peach garnishes

Ingredients

  • 2 green tea and jasmine tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 3 cups (750ml) peach ice tea
  • 2 peaches, stoned, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 4 lemon thyme sprigs

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the tea bags in a heatproof jug. Pour over the boiling water. Set aside for 10 mins to brew. Discard tea bags. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.

  2. Step 2

    Place ice cubes in a 6 cup (1.5L) serving jug. Top with peach ice tea, the green tea mixture, peach, orange and lemon thyme. Stir well. Pour into glasses.
