For a quick and easy dessert, make this Peanut butter ice-cream sundae. Loaded with crunchy wafers and a rich chocolate sauce, it will be a new family favourite.

  • 150g Cadbury Melts Real Milk Chocolate
  • ½ cup (125ml) thickened cream
  • 2 tbs golden syrup
  • 40g butter
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 8 scoops peanut butter ice-cream
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • ¼ cup (35g) Coles Salted Peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 8 Coles Vanilla Cream Wafers

  1. Step 1

    Place the chocolate melts, cream, golden syrup, butter and salt in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until melted and smooth.
  2. Step 2

    Divide the peanut butter ice-cream and vanilla ice-cream among 4 serving glasses. Spoon over the warm chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with wafers. Serve immediately.
