Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120g) spreadable cream cheese
  • 2 tbs finely chopped chives
  • 2 Coles Bakery Turkish Rolls
  • 6 green oak lettuce leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 carrot, peeled into ribbons
  • 1/2 red capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 150g pkt Coles Peri Peri Roast Chicken Sliced
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the cream cheese and chives in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Step 2

    Spread cut-sides of rolls with cream cheese mixture. Top roll bases with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, capsicum and chicken. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Top with roll tops.
