Brimming with tropical flavours, this refreshing smoothie with banana and pineapple will go down a treat.

Pineapple and banana smoothie


  • 200g frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut and almond milk
  • 4 scoops dairy-free vanilla coconut ice cream
  • Pineapple wedges, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place pineapple, banana, pineapple juice, dairy-free milk and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Pour the pineapple mixture evenly between serving glasses. Top with pineapple wedges and mint to serve.
