Plum and brie crostini


  • 300g Coles Bakery Rustic Baguette, diagonally cut into 12 slices
  • Olive oil spray
  • 200g brie, sliced
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 plums, stoned, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tbs small basil leaves

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the bread on a large baking tray. Spray with oil spray. Top with the cheese. Bake for 5 mins or until cheese just melts.
  2. Step 2

    Whisk the honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Season. Top the crostini with the plum. Drizzle with the honey mixture and sprinkle with basil to serve.
