You can’t beat a quick prawn salad during the week. Especially when it comes with extra crunch from Tostitos tortilla chips.

Prawn and tortilla chip salad

Ingredients

  • 24 prawn cutlets, deveined
  • 120g pkt mixed salad leaves
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 x 175g pkt Tostitos Cantina Style Hint of Guacamole Tortilla Chips
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) green goddess salad dressing

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a barbecue flat plate or large frying pan on high. Cook the prawns for 2 mins each side or until prawns curl and change colour. 

  2. Step 2

    Arrange salad leaves in a large serving bowl. Top with avocado, prawns and tortilla chips. 

  3. Step 3

    Drizzle the salad with dressing and season with pepper. Serve immediately.
