Ingredients

  • 500g frozen crumbed prawns
  • 400g pkt Coles Ranch Salad Kit
  • 4 Coles Bakery Brioche Buns, split, toasted
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup (125ml) thousand island dressing

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the prawns following packet directions. Make the salad kit following packet directions.
  2. Step 2

    Place the bun bases on serving plates. Top with coleslaw, avocado and prawns. Drizzle with dressing. Top with bun tops to serve.
