Meanwhile, heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and chilli and cook for 3 mins or until softened. Add the napoletana sauce and reserved cooking water and bring to a simmer. Add prawns and cook for 2 mins or until heated through. Add pasta and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Divide among serving bowls and top with basic leaves to serve.
