Ingredients

  • 480g pkt Coles Made Easy Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder With Apple & BBQ Sauce
  • 18 (3 pkts) Coles White Dinner Rolls Bake at Home
  • ¼ small wombok (Chinese cabbage), finely shredded
  • ¼ baby red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • ¼ cup (75g) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs finely shredded coriander

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pork following packet directions. Use 2 forks to coarsely shred.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, bake rolls following packet directions. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Step 3

    Place the combined cabbage, apple, mayonnaise and coriander in a large bowl. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Step 4

    Use a small serrated knife to split the top of each roll, cutting halfway through. Fill with pork and coleslaw. Arrange on a serving platter.
