Pulled pork tostadas

Ingredients

  • 480g pkt Coles Made Easy Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with Apple & BBQ Sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 350g pkt Coles Kaleslaw Kit
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 200g avocado dip

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare the pork following packet directions. Place in a large heatproof bowl. Use 2 forks to coarsely shred.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, spray the tortillas with olive oil spray. Arrange in a single layer on 2 large baking trays. Bake, turning occasionally, for 5 mins or until crisp.
  3. Step 3

    Divide tortillas among serving plates. Top with salad mix from the salad kit, coriander and pork. Spoon over the avocado dip. Serve with the dressing and seed mix from the salad kit.
