Quick olive dip


  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 100g pitted mixed olives, chopped
  • 275g jar marinated artichokes, drained, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (20g) finely grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbs (40g) basil pesto
  • Pitted mixed olives, extra, to serve
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Toasted pita bread, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place the cream cheese, yoghurt, olives, artichoke, parmesan and paprika in a food processor and process until almost smooth. Season.
  2. Step 2

    Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with pesto and extra olives. Drizzle with oil and serve with pita bread and lemon wedges.
