  • 500g Coles Simply Pasta Spirals
  • 500g Coles Classic Beef Sausages
  • 200g tub spicy capsicum dip
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 1/3 cup (25g) shaved parmesan

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup (125ml) cooking liquid. Return the pasta to the pan.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a greased large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the sausages, turning, for 6-8 mins or until cooked through. Transfer sausages to a plate and cut each sausage into 4 pieces.

  3. Step 3

    Add the dip, spinach and reserved cooking liquid to the hot pasta. Stir over low heat until heated through and the spinach wilts. Season. Add the sausage and toss gently until combined. Divide pasta mixture among serving bowls and sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
