This roast beef, tomato and fetta wrap makes for a tasty lunch. Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to put together.

Roast beef tomato and fetta wrap


  • 1 spinach wrap or wrap of choice such as tortilla, mountain bread or lebanese bread
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise or aioli
  • 10g baby spinach leaves, rocket or salad leaves
  • 4 perino or cherry tomatoes, sliced, or 1 chopped small tomato
  • 50g thinly sliced leftover roast beef, lamb or pork
  • 25g fetta, crumbled, or ricotta or soft cheese

  1. Step 1

    Place the wrap on a clean work surface. Spread with mayonnaise or aioli.

  2. Step 2

    Top with salad leaves, tomato, roast meat and cheese. Roll up wrap tightly to enclose filling. Cut into half to serve.

Store it: This wrap is best made fresh on the day. Wrap in paper and place in a lunch box with an ice brick to keep chilled.
