Ingredients

  • 4 Coles Tasmanian Salmon Skin On Portions
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Roasted Sesame Salad Kit
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, sliced

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat a chargrill on high. Drizzle the salmon with oil. Cook on the grill for 3 mins each side or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Use a fork to coarsely flake the salmon.
  2. Step 2

    Arrange the salad mix from the salad kit on a serving platter with the avocado and salmon. Drizzle with the dressing from the salad kit and sprinkle with the sesame seeds from the salad kit.
