  • 180ml dark rum
  • 120ml peach liqueur or schnapps
  • 180ml cloudy apple juice
  • 120ml lemon juice
  • 120ml sugar syrup
  • 12 drops bitters
  • Ice cubes, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Place the rum, liqueur or schnapps, apple juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters in a large jug or punch bowl. Add ice cubes and stir to combine.
