  • 400g dark cooking chocolate
  • Sea salt flakes, to taste
  • 3 cups (90g) caramel popcorn
  • ⅔ cup (90g) salted roasted peanuts
  • 125g marshmallows, halved
  • 120g digestive biscuits, coarsely chopped

  1. Step 1

    Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing the 2 long sides to overhang.
  2. Step 2

    Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water) and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 mins until smooth. Set aside for 5 mins to cool.
  3. Step 3

    Combine the popcorn, peanuts, marshmallow and biscuit in a bowl. Pour over chocolate and stir to combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set. Cut into pieces.
