  • 3 pkts Coles Bakery Salted Caramel Profiteroles (12 pack)
  • 1 1/2 x 180g pkts Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, chopped, melted
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Raspberries, to serve
  • Sliced strawberries, to serve
  • Salted caramel topping, to serve

  1. Step 1

    Grease a 20cm (base measurement) springform pan and line with baking paper. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Dip 1 profiterole in the chocolate and arrange in the base of the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining profiteroles and chocolate, arranging in 2 layers. Top cake with a disc of baking paper. Top with a plate and chill for 1 hour or until set.
  2. Step 2

    Place the cake on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, raspberries and strawberries. Drizzle with salted caramel topping to serve.
