  • 3 nests Coles Asia at Home Egg Noodles
  • 550g Coles Beef and garlic sausages, casing removed
  • 350g Coles Kitchen Superfood Slaw Mix
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Coles Satay Simmer Sauce

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 4 mins or until tender. Drain.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat a non-stick wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the sausage meat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until golden brown.

  3. Step 3

    Add the slaw mix and stir-fry for 3 mins or until vegetables are heated through. Add sauce and 1/3 cup (80ml) water and stir-fry for 1 min or until heated through. Add noodles and toss to combine.

  4. Step 4

    Divide stir-fry among serving bowls to serve.
