Satay Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 200g pkt Coles Thin & Crispy Medium Pizza Bases
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) satay sauce
  • 1 1/3 cups (135g) shredded pizza cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Coles RSPCA Approved Hot Roast Chicken
  • 1/2 cup (100g) roasted red pepper (capsicum) strips
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into long matchsticks
  • 1 carrot, cut into long matchsticks
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts, trimmed
  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve
  • Coriander sprigs, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 240°C. Place pizza bases on 2 baking trays. Spread evenly with sauce. Sprinkle each base with 2 tbs cheese. Top with chicken and capsicum. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  2. Step 2

    Bake pizzas for 10 mins or until the cheese melts and the bases are golden.

  3. Step 3

    Top pizzas with cucumber, carrot, spring onion and sprouts. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Top with coriander.
