Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well, reserving ½ cup (125ml) pasta water.
Heat an oiled large oven-proof frying pan over medium heat. Cook sausages, turning, for 6-8 mins or until browned all over. Remove from the pan and set aside to cool slightly. Thickly slice sausages.
Add the carrot and broccoli to the pan and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until tender. Add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Add the pasta, reserved water and sausages and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 12 mins or until cheese melts and is golden.
