Savoury Mini Muffins

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (50g) carrot, shredded
  • ½ cup (50g) cauliflower, finely chopped
  • ½ cup (50g) broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup CERELAC Multigrain with Pear Baby Cereal

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced for 5 min. 

  2. Step 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine.

  3. Step 3

    Pour mix into a lightly greased mini muffin pan. 

  4. Step 4

    Bake for 15 min or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out mostly clean.
