Ingredients

  • Rice bran oil, to shallow fry
  • 2 pkts Coles Australian Beef Schnitzels
  • 350g Coles Kaleslaw Kit
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat enough oil to cover the base of a large frying pan, reaching 1cm up the side of the pan, over medium-high heat. Cook half the schnitzels for 2-3 mins each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Repeat with remaining schnitzels. Thickly slice.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the kaleslaw kit following packet directions. Toss through the apple.
  3. Step 3

    Divide the apple and kale slaw among serving plates. Top with the beef schnitzels and serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
