  • 200g pkt Coles Thin & Crispy Medium Pizza Bases (2 pack)
  • 1/3 cup (95g) pizza tomato paste
  • 1 cup (120g) Coles Australian Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese
  • 75g Coles Pepperoni Salami, casing removed, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs Coles Italia Basilico Basil Pesto

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the pizza bases on 2 greased baking trays. Spread with the pizza paste.
  2. Step 2

    Top the pizza bases with the cheese and pepperoni.
  3. Step 3

    Bake for 12 mins or until the pizza bases are golden brown and the cheese melts. Drizzle with pesto to serve.
