Turn and top each burger with 2 slices of cheese. Cook for 2 mins or until burgers are cooked through and the cheese melts. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Add the buns to the flat plate or pan, cut-side down, and cook for 30 secs or until toasted. Prepare the salad kit in a large bowl following packet directions, reserving half the dressing.
