Ingredients

  • 1kg Coles RSPCA Approved Australian Chicken Wings (from the deli)
  • 1 cup (250ml) smoky barbecue marinade
  • 750g pkt frozen potato wedges
  • 520g pkt Coles Kitchen Family Coleslaw
  • Thinly sliced spring onion, to serve

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place the chicken wings in a bowl with the marinade and toss to combine. Arrange the wings on 1 lined tray. Place potato wedges on the remaining lined tray. Place wedges on the top oven rack and chicken on the bottom rack. Bake, turning chicken and wedges halfway through cooking, for 30 mins or until the wedges and chicken are golden and cooked through.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the coleslaw kit in a large bowl following packet directions.
  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle the chicken with thinly sliced spring onion. Serve with the wedges and coleslaw.
