Ingredients

  • 1 chopped mango
  • 2 cups (500ml) milk
  • 6 tbs yoghurt
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 125g raspberries
  • 125g blackberries

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place mango, 1/2 cup (125ml) milk and 1 1/2 tbs yoghurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Repeat in 3 more batches, alternating between kiwifruit, raspberries and blackberries, cleaning the blender between each batch, until you have 4 smoothie flavours in separate bowls.

  3. Step 3

    Pour smoothie mixtures into an ice cube tray, creating 2-3 layers in your preferred flavour combinations, freezing for 1 hour between each layer. Add the final layer and freeze the cubes for 5 hours or until set. Blend into a smoothie or enjoy on their own for a fun treat.
