Two cups of sparkling strawberry and lemon fizz


  • 250g strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) Coles Lemon, Lime & Cucumber Cordial
  • 750ml sparkling wine or lemon-flavoured sparkling mineral water, chilled

  1. Step 1

    Combine strawberries and cordial in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 2 mins or until strawberries start to break down. Cool slightly. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve into a jug. Discard the solids. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
  2. Step 2

    Divide the mixture among serving glasses. Top with wine or mineral water.
