This Honey and soy prawn and veggie stir fry is an easy winner. From pan to plate in just 15 minutes, this dish makes for a tasty weeknight option.

Speedy honey and soy prawn stir-fry


  • 450g pkt hokkien noodles
  • 1kg Coles Deli Raw Prawns Thawed, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 bunches baby broccoli, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 120g honey & soy stir-fry sauce
  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the noodles following packet directions.
  2. Step 2

    Heat a large greased wok over high heat. Add half the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until prawns curl and change colour. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining prawns.
  3. Step 3

    Stir-fry the onion and baby broccoli in the wok for 2 mins or until broccoli is just tender. Return the prawns to the wok with the noodles and stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until heated through and well combined. Sprinkle with coriander to serve.
