Speedy sausage pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 x 200g pkts Coles Medium Thin & Crispy Pizza Bases
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) Mum’s Sause Pizza Sauce
  • 500g Coles Finest Italian Pork Sausages, casings removed
  • 1 cup (100g) Coles Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on lined trays. Spread with pizza sauce.
  2. Step 2

    Break sausages into 2cm pieces and arrange over the bases. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake, swapping the trays halfway through cooking, for 15-20 mins or until the bases are crisp and the sausage is cooked through.
  3. Step 3

    Cut the pizzas into wedges. Season. Top with rocket to serve.
